In no event or situation shall the Company be liable for direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages to personal gear or individual damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contact, negligence, relationship interactions and/or the behavior of the individual (You  or your child if under 18) While attending our events or other tort, arising out of, or in contact with,  students, during our events and contents of the Service we provide. Students and parents of students under 18 agree by registration of events to the following conditions: The Company will not be held responsible or liable for the actions of You (18 and over) or child (if your child is under 18) for anything as a result of You (or child if under 18) interaction with other students or the behavior of You (or child if under 18) including pregnancy, STD's and or viruses as a result of You (or your child if under 18) personal interaction with a student or adult (if over 18) actions and decisions. The Company reserves the right to make additions, deletions, or modifications to the contents on their Service at any time without prior notice. The Company does not warrant or guarantee  that our Events / Services are free of health issues, computer viruses or other harmful components to You (or your child if under 18) devices and gear.
